Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Each skirt is hand made to order, so please allow 7 to 10 working days for dispatch once your order has been placed. If for any reason your order is expected to take longer than this I will contact you with the expected dispatch date. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched.

The delivery times detailed are those stated by Royal Mail but may vary slightly depending on location and time of year.

Skirts - Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2-3 working days for delivery once dispatched - £2.50

Tutus - Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm, Next working day for delivery once dispatched - £15.00

Please note that postage costs also include the cost of any packaging and admin fees associated with your order.

RETURNS
If upon arrival you should find a fault with the item I have supplied please contact me immediately by email, emma@varennedesigns.co.uk giving details and an image of the fault. If the fault is genuine then I will replace the item or request that is returned for correction. Please do not return the item unless this is requested. If the return of the item is requested, I will pay for the return postage costs. All faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

If you would like to return an item because you have changed your mind then please, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will send you the return instructions. You, the customer, will be responsible for the return postage costs and a refund will be issued for the original cost of the item once I have received it and checked its condition. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in ‘new’ condition, i.e. the same condition as when dispatched, including all product labels.

Items that have been custom made for your order, or altered at your request, are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
