Teen Pale Blue & Silver Stretch Tutu

Pale blue lycra bodice on a leotard based stretch tutu. 8 layers of stiff white net, the top 3 layers were ombre dyed to coordinate with bodice colour. Bodice and skirt were embellished with silver & white lace appliqués and lots of crystals.
