Child's Lilac Stretch Velvet Tutu

Stretch velvet bodice with silk white net, the top three layers have been ombre dyed to coordinate with the bodice colour. Decorated with off-white floral lace, some of which was painted in soft lilac and pink, and finished off with some handmade ribbon flowers and cyrstals
