Adult/Teen Silver Stretch Velvet Tutu

This tutu was built on a leotard base.

A beautifully soft stretch velvet, in silver colour, was used for the bodice and skirt plate, with white lycra panty section. The skirt was made up of 8 layers of stiff white net. The bodice and skirt plate were decorated with silver and white lace appliqués, sequins, pearls and lots of crystals.
