Adult/Teen Royal Blue & Gold Stretch Tutu

The bodice and skirt plate of this stretch, leotard based, tutu were made from a lovely soft royal blue lycra. The skirt was 8 layer of ivory stiff net and was embellished with royal blue and gold lace with lots of crystals for extra sparkle.
