Adult/Teen Ice Blue Stretch Velvet Tutu

Ice blue, stretch velvet, leotard based tutu. The panty section was white lycra with 8 layers of stiff white net. A top layer of pale blue, soft net was edged with the floral lace appliqués for the skirt decoration and the same lace was used on the bodice.
